4.80.3920 Expenditures. ¶
4.80.3900 Supplemental law enforcement services fund established. ¶
There is hereby created and established the "Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Fund." (Ord. 29258.)
4.80.3910 Source of monies. ¶
Monies shall be deposited in this fund received from the state pursuant to the provisions of state grant agreements for supplemental law enforcement services. (Ord. 29258.)
4.80.3920 Expenditures. ¶
Monies in the Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Fund shall be expended for only the purposes specified in the state grant agreements. (Ord. 29258.)
