There is hereby created and established the "Willow Glen Community Benefit Improvement District Fund."

The source of monies budgeted and accounted for in the Silver Creek Assessment District Fund shall be monies received from cost sharing agreements within the Silver Creek Development District 1B between private parties. (Ord. 31217.)

The source of monies budgeted and accounted for in the Willow Glen Community Benefit Improvement District Fund shall be monies received from assessment of properties within the district boundaries.

hanced maintenance and cleaning of sidewalk areas, information and safety services, and beautification activities beyond those provided by the City. In addition, the monies can be expended on administrative costs that support the Willow Glen Community Benefit Improvement District. (Ord. 31217.)
