FEDERAL GRANT FUND

There is hereby created and established the "Federal Grant Fund."

4.80.3570 Expenditures.

There is hereby created and established the "Contingent Lien District Fund." A separate account will be established within this fund for each contingent lien assessment district. (Ord. 29258.)

The following monies shall be placed in and credited to the Federal Grant Fund:

• A. All monies received by the city from the federal government relating to federal grants.

• B. All monies which the city council from time to time may transfer to or order to be placed in or credited to the Federal Grant Fund.

There shall be deposited and credited to the appropriate account within this fund the contingent lien assessments paid to the city by the owners of real property within each of the contingent lien assessment districts established by the city. (Ord. 29258.)

Monies in the Contingent Lien District Fund shall be expended for the construction of the public improvements for which each contingent lien assessment district was formed. (Ord. 29258.)

Monies in the Federal Grant Fund shall be expended for only the purposes specified in the grant agreements with the federal government. (Ord. 29258.)
