There is hereby created and established the "Neighborhood Security Act Bond Fund." (Ord. 30277.)

The source of monies budgeted and accounted for in the Neighborhood Security Act Bond Fund shall be the proceeds of general obligation bonds issued by the City pursuant to the approval of the voters of the San José 911, Fire, Police, Paramedic and Neighborhood Security Act Bond at the March 2002 election.

The source of monies budgeted and accounted for in the Parks and Recreation Bond Projects Fund shall be the proceeds of general obligation bonds issued by the City pursuant to the approval of the voters of the San José Safe Neighborhood Parks and Recreation Bond at the November 2000 election.
