4.34.200 Approval of a lease financing.

  • A. Approval of a lease financing requires the affirmative vote of eight members (two-thirds) of the members of the city council.

  • B. Notwithstanding Subsection A., the approval of a refunding of a lease financing requires the affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the city council.
