4.80.3800 San José Arena enhancement fund established. ¶

There is hereby created and established the "San José Arena Enhancement Fund." (Ord. 29258.)

4.80.3810 Source of monies. ¶

Monies shall be deposited in this fund pursuant to the provisions of the Amended and Restated San José Arena Management Agreement By and Between the City of San José and San José Arena Management including, but not limited to, any amendments or successor agreements thereto (collectively, the "agreement" for purposes of this part). 4.80.3820 Expenditures. ¶

Monies in the San José Arena Enhancement Fund shall be expended for capital enhancements pursuant to the provisions of the agreement. (Ord. 29258.)
