4.80.3850 San José/Santa Clara treatment plant fund established. ¶
There is hereby created and established the "San José/Santa Clara Treatment Plant Fund." (Ord. 29258.)
4.80.3860 Source of monies. ¶
Monies shall be deposited in this fund pursuant to the provisions of the 1959 Treatment Plant Master Agreement between the City of San José and the City of Santa Clara and master agreements with each of the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) tributary agencies. (Ord. 29258.)
4.80.3870 Expenditures. ¶
Monies in the San José/Santa Clara Treatment Plant Fund shall be expended pursuant to the provisions of the 1959 Treatment Plant Master Agreement between the City of San José and the City of Santa Clara and master agreements with each of the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) tributary agencies.
