There is hereby created and established the "Public Works Program Support Fund." (Ord. 29258.)

There shall be deposited in this fund monies for administrative support costs and compensated absence charges for the department of public works

associated with the capital improvement program and various capital funds that are not funded in the general fund. (Ord. 29258.)

4.80.3770 Expenditures. ¶

Monies in the Public Works Program Support Fund shall be expended for administrative support costs and compensated absences for the department of public works associated with the capital improvement program and various capital funds not funded in the general fund. (Ord. 29258.)
