4.80.3650 Improvement district fund established. ¶

There is hereby created and established the "Improvement District Fund." A separate account will be established within this fund for each improvement district.

4.80.3660 Source of monies. ¶

There shall be deposited and credited to the appropriate account within this fund the assessments or special taxes paid to the city by the owners of real property within each of the assessment districts or community facility improvement districts established by the city. (Ord. 29258.)

4.80.3670 Expenditures. ¶

Monies in the Improvement District Fund shall be expended for purpose of financing public improvements for which each of these districts was formed.
