BUILDING DEVELOPMENT FEE PROGRAM FUND

4.80.4420 Source of monies.

4.80.4410 Building development fee program fund established.

There is hereby created and established the "Building Development Fee Program Fund." (Ord. 30433.)

4.80.4420 Source of monies.

4.80.4370 Coronavirus relief fund established.

There is hereby created and established the "Coronavirus Relief Fund." (Ord. 30411.)

4.80.4380 Source of monies.

The source of monies budgeted and accounted for in the Coronavirus Relief Fund shall be monies received pursuant to section 601(a) of the Social Security Act, as added by section 5001 of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, as may be amended, which is referred to in this Ordinance as the CARES Act. (Ord. 30411.)

4.80.4390 Expenditures.

Monies in the Coronavirus Relief Fund shall be expended as authorized by the City Council for use in accordance with the CARES Act and guidelines promulgated by the federal government. (Ord. 30411.)

4.80.4400 Interest.

Interest which accrues from monies in the Coronavirus Relief Fund shall be credited to this Fund.

The source of monies budgeted and accounted for in the Building Development Fee Program Fund shall be the fees paid for permits issued under Title 24 of the San José Municipal Code. (Ord. 30433.)

4.80.4430 Expenditures.

Monies in the Building Development Fee Program Fund shall be used to pay for the cost of administration and enforcement of the permits issued under Title 24 of the San José Municipal Code.

4.80.4440 Interest.

Interest which accrues from monies in the Building Development Fee Program Fund shall be credited to this Fund.

PLANNING DEVELOPMENT FEE PROGRAM FUND

4.80.4450 Planning development fee program fund established.

There is hereby created and established the "Planning Development Fee Program Fund." (Ord. 30433.)

4.80.4460 Source of monies.

The source of monies budgeted and accounted for in the Planning Development Fee Program Fund shall be the fees paid for permits and approvals issued and the services provided under Titles 13, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 23 of the San José Municipal Code. (Ord. 30433.)

4.80.4470 Expenditures.

Monies in the Planning Development Fee Program Fund shall be used to pay for the cost of administration and enforcement of the permits and approvals issued and services provided under Titles 13, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 23 of the San José Municipal Code.

4.80.4480 Interest.

Interest which accrues from monies in the Planning Development Fee Program Fund shall be credited to this Fund. (Ord. 30433.)
