4.80.5060 Source of monies. ¶

The source of monies budgeted and accounted for in the Silicon Valley Bridge Assessment District Fund shall be monies received from cost sharing agreements within the Silicon Valley Bridge District between private parties. (Ord. 31217.)

4.80.5110 Expenditures. ¶

Monies in the Silver Creek Assessment District Fund shall be expended for the construction of public improvements as required by the City for development purposes.
