There is hereby created and established the "San José Arena Capital Reserve Fund." (Ord. 29258.)

Monies shall be deposited in this fund pursuant to the provisions of the Amended and Restated San José Arena Management Agreement By and Between the City of San José and San José Arena

Management, including, but not limited to, any amendments or successor agreements thereto, (collectively, the "Agreement" for purposes of this part). (Ord. 29258.)

4.80.3520 Expenditures. ¶

Monies in the San José Arena Capital Reserve Fund shall be expended in accordance with the provisions of the agreement. (Ord. 29258.)
