SAINT JAMES PARK MANAGEMENT DISTRICT FUND

4.80.4000 Saint James Park management district fund established. ¶

provides that developers within the Saint James Park area may make a donation credited towards a portion of their parkland in-lieu fees to be used for the operations, maintenance, and activation of Saint James Park. The city council may also transfer to this fund monies from the general fund or from any other funds which may be used for the purpose set forth in Section 4.80.4020. (Ord. 29894.)

4.80.4020 Expenditures. ¶

Monies in the Saint James Park Management District Fund shall be expended for the revitalization of Saint James Park, including but not limited to the activation, operation, and maintenance of Saint James Park. (Ord. 29894.)

4.80.4030 Interest. ¶

Interest which accrues from monies in the Saint James Park Management District Fund shall be credited to this fund. (Ord. 29894.)
