FEDERAL DRUG FORFEITURE FUND

4.80.2800 Creation of federal drug forfeiture fund. ¶

There is hereby created and established a separate fund entitled the "federal drug forfeiture fund." (Ord. 23791.)

4.80.2810 Deposit of monies. ¶

All monies received by the city pursuant to United States drug abuse prevention and control provisions (United States Code, Title 21, Chapter 13) shall be deposited into the federal drug forfeiture fund.

4.80.2820 Expenditure of monies. ¶

Monies in the federal drug forfeiture fund shall be expended as authorized by the city council for use in accordance with forfeiture guidelines promulgated by the federal government. (Ord. 23791.)
