LAKE CUNNINGHAM PARK FUND

4.80.2300 Creation of Lake Cunningham Park fund. ¶
There is hereby created and established a separate fund entitled the "Lake Cunningham Park fund."

4.80.2310 Source of moneys. ¶
There shall be deposited into and credited to the Lake Cunningham Park fund all revenues received as parking fees at Lake Cunningham Park, all revenues received as lease payments from the Lake Cunningham Water Theme Park, and such other moneys as the city council may from time to time appropriate to said fund. All interest earned on moneys credited to the Lake Cunningham Park fund shall also be credited to said fund. (Ord. 21998.)
4.80.2320 Expenditure of moneys. ¶
Moneys in the Lake Cunningham Park fund may be expended for:
A. Maintenance and operations at Lake Cunningham Park, purchase of equipment attributable to or necessary for such maintenance and operations, and improvements to Lake Cunningham Park.
B. Repayment of funds expended from other city funds for construction of parking facilities and ticket booth at Lake Cunningham Park.

4.80.2330 Transfer of moneys. ¶
The city council may at any time transfer moneys in the Lake Cunningham Park fund to:
A. The construction and conveyance tax fund for the purposes set forth in Sections 4.54.090C. and 4.58.230C. of the San José Municipal Code, in an aggregate amount not to exceed the amount which was expended from the construction and conveyance tax fund for the construction of the parking facilities and ticket booth at Lake Cunningham Park.
B. Other city funds for expenditures related to Lake Cunningham Park.
