Sec. 2-12.102. - Environmental documents: Handling fees.¶
In addition to the filing fee imposed by the Department of Fish and Game for the filing of environmental quality act projects pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 711.4, the County Clerk may charge a documentary handling fee of Twenty-Five and no/100ths ($25.00) Dollars per filing in accordance with Fish and Game Code Section 711.4(e).

Sec. 2-12.103. - Filing notice of intention to circulate initiative petition: Fees.¶
Any person filing a notice of intent to circulate an initiative petition pursuant to Elections Code Section 9103 shall pay to the County Clerk a fee in the amount of Two Hundred and no/100ths ($200.00) Dollars. Said fee will be refunded to the filer if, within one year of the date of filing the notice of intent, the County Clerk certifies the sufficiency of the petition.

Sec. 2-12.104. - Appointment of Deputy Commissioner of Civil Marriages: Fee.¶
Pursuant to Family Code Section 401, the County Clerk in the capacity of Commissioner of Civil Marriages may appoint a Deputy Commissioner of Civil Marriages who may solemnize marriages under the direction of the Commissioner of Civil Marriages. The County Clerk shall charge a fee in the amount of Seventy-five and no/100ths ($75.00) Dollars for such appointment, which appointment shall be valid for one day only. The Deputy Commissioner so appointed shall be required to participate in training provided by the Commissioner on Civil Marriages.
