2.68.010 - Judicial district.¶
The county shall constitute a single judicial district, entitled "Marin judicial district."

2.68.040 - Court sessions.¶
Pursuant to Government Code Section 71342, sessions of the Municipal Court of the Marin judicial district shall be held in the city of San Rafael. A branch court, which shall conduct sessions as the public convenience requires, shall be maintained at a suitable location within the former western Marin judicial district.
