2.04.010 - Place of meetings.¶
The board of supervisors of the county shall meet regularly in the chambers of the board of supervisors in the administration building at the Civic Center, San Rafael, California, on Tuesday of each and every week.

2.04.020 - Time of meetings.¶
Meetings of the board of supervisors shall commence at the hour of nine a.m. of the day mentioned in Section 2.04.010 and shall continue until such adjournment as the board deems proper until all business has been disposed of.

2.04.035 - Clerk of board of supervisors.¶
Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 25100.5, the independent position of the clerk of the board of supervisors is established. The clerk of the board of supervisors shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the board of supervisors. The county clerk shall not be ex officio clerk of the board of supervisors.
The clerk of the board of supervisors shall perform all duties prescribed by law for the county clerk as ex officio clerk of the board of supervisors or for the clerk of the board of supervisors and such additional duties as the board of supervisors may prescribe.

2.04.040 - Marin County redevelopment agency—Assumes position.¶
Pursuant to the provisions of the Health and Safety Code, Section 33200, this board declares itself to be the Marin County redevelopment agency. All of the rights, powers, duties, privileges and immunities vested in a redevelopment agency in accordance with law are vested in the Marin County board of supervisors.

2.04.050 - Marin County redevelopment agency—Assumes obligations.¶
This board accepts and affirms all preexisting obligations of the Marin County redevelopment agency which have been incurred in accordance with law.
