2.24.010 - Office created.¶
There is created in and for Marin County the office of public defender.

2.24.020 - Appointment.¶
The public defender shall be appointed by the board of supervisors to serve at its will.

2.24.030 - Qualifications and duties.¶
The qualifications and duties of the public defender shall be set forth in Title 3, Division 2, Part 3, Chapter 13 of the Government Code of the state of California.
