Chapter 1 — CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND

Sec. 8-1.01. - Capital Outlay Fund created.

A Capital Outlay Fund is hereby created in accordance with the provisions of Sections 53731 through 53737 of the Government Code of the State for the levy and collection of assessments or taxes for the creation and accumulation of a fund for capital outlays.

Sec. 8-1.02. - Use of Capital Outlay Fund.

The funds so created pursuant to Section 8-1.01 of this chapter shall be used only for the construction of County building facilities.

Sec. 8-1.03. - Amount and duration of Capital Outlay Fund.

The Capital Outlay Fund shall be kept and maintained for the purposes provided in this chapter in an amount and for such time as the Board deems advisable.
