Chapter 11 — BINGO GAMES

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 19 of Article IV of the Constitution of the State and Section 326.5 of the Penal Code of the State, those nonprofit charitable organizations qualifying pursuant to Section 326.5 of the Penal Code of the State are hereby authorized to conduct bingo games within the unincorporated areas of the County. Any organization intending to conduct a bingo game pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be required to notify the office of the Sheriff-Coroner twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the commencement of the bingo game and inform the office of the Sheriff-Coroner as to the organization sponsoring the game, the location of the game, and the period of time during which the game will be conducted.
