Chapter 22 — CLAIMS

Sec. 2-22.01. - Claims for money or damages against the County.

In all instances where claims for money or damages against local public entities are not required by State laws, there shall be presented, in accordance with Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 900) and Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 910) of the Government Code of the State, a claim for money or damages against the County and acted upon by the County as a prerequisite to a suit thereon as permitted by the provisions of Sections 935 and following of said Government Code.
