Sec. 2-17.1.01. - Recording of documents: Fees.¶

There is hereby imposed an additional fee of One and no/100ths ($1.00) Dollar for filing every instrument, paper, or notice for record in order to defray the cost of converting the document storage system of the County Recorder to micrographics.

Upon the completion of the conversion and payment of the conversion costs, such additional fee shall no longer be imposed.
