Article 1 — Corrections and Probation Officers

The County of Siskiyou, State of California, declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State of California under the provisions of Penal Code Section 6041. Pursuant to Penal Code Section 6035 the County will adhere to standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on

Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) for recruiting and training local corrections and probation officers.
