Recruitment and Training Established by the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training

A-22 . - Adherence to standards for recruitment and training established by the commission on peace officer standards and training.

Pursuant to Sections 13510 and 13512 of Chapter 1, of Title 4, of the California Penal Code, the San Ramon police department will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Officer Standards and Training. (Ord. 390 § 4 (part), 2007)

A-23. - Authorization for inspections and inquiries by the commission on peace officer standards and training and its representatives.

The commission on peace officer standards and training and its representatives are authorized to make such inquiries as deemed necessary to ascertain that the city of San Ramon police department adheres to the standards for recruitment and training established by the commission on peace officer standards and training.
