B7-21. - False reports to city employees.

Each person who, not being under oath, in the course of official business with any officer or employee of the city: (1) knowingly falsifies or conceals any fact; or (2) knowingly makes any false statement or representation; or (3) makes or uses any writing or document, knowing it to contain any false statement or entry, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
