City of San Ramon, CA | Municipal Code 106

Division 416 of the Contra Costa County Code establishing animal services centers and staff, and establishing requirements and procedures for animal control, is adopted by reference in its entirety, including all amendments effective as of the effective date of this ordinance, and as may be amended in the future. The provisions of this ordinance shall be enforced by the Contra Costa County Animal Services Department. (Ord. No. 478, § 1, 6-12-2018)

The provisions of Agricultural Code Sections 30801, 30802, 30803, 30804, 30805, 30952, 31107, 31108, 31251, 31252 and 31254 are incorporated in this chapter by reference, and by express adoption of the substance of some of them herein, pursuant to Agricultural Code Section 30501 (and this adoption includes subsequent amendments and successors thereto); but if it is held invalid to thus directly include the substance of these statutory provisions in this chapter, they are incorporated herein by reference. The city has contracted for animal control services with the Contra Costa County Animal Services Department and has adopted Agricultural Code sections referenced in Agricultural Code Section 30501, thereby requesting that the county enforce the provisions of this chapter.
