Chapter 7.28 — MISCELLANEOUS PARKING REGULATIONS

This section shall not prohibit the parking of oversized vehicles or trailers on public streets for any of the following activities:

a.

Active loading or unloading of persons or property;

b.

Being used to provide public utility services to a property in the vicinity;

c.

Emergency repairs or waiting for a tow operator for no longer than eight (8) hours; or

d.

Response to a public emergency by any emergency vehicle of any political subdivision of the State of California.

e.

Wheelchair-accessible vans.
