Chapter 7.24 — TIME-LIMITED PARKING ZONES

7.24.010 - Time-limited parking.

No person shall stop, park or leave standing any motor vehicle, whether attended or unattended for a period of time exceeding that authorized as herein provided, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in cases of emergency, or in compliance with the directions of a peace officer in any area declared by resolution of the Board of Supervisors as a time-limited parking zone and where appropriate signs or markings are installed and maintained as provided in Chapter 7.28 of this title.

Time-limited parking zones may be designated as 20-Minute, 30-Minute, 1-Hour, 2-Hour or 4-Hour. The Board of Supervisors may designate time-limited parking zones to be effective at all times or during specified hours and days.

7.24.900 - Bay Road, County Road No. 32F.

On the westerly side of Bay Road commencing at a point 40-feet northerly of the centerline intersection of Bay Road and Charter Street, then continuing to a point 56 feet northerly of said intersection for a total distance of 16 feet more or less.
