Chapter 4.58 — PERMITTING MICROENTERPRISE HOME KITCHEN OPERATIONS

4.58.010 - Authorization of Environmental Health Services.¶
Pursuant to California Health and Safety Code § 114367, Environmental Health Services is hereby authorized to permit microenterprise home kitchen operations, and regulate the same, within the unincorporated and incorporated areas of San Mateo County, in accordance with Chapter 11.6 of Division 104, Part 7 of the California Health and Safety Code.

4.58.020 - Authority of the Director of Environmental Health Services.¶
The Director of Environmental Health Services is hereby authorized to promulgate policies and procedures that are consistent with Chapter 11.6 of Division 104, Part 7 of the California Health and Safety Code.

4.58.030 - Severability.¶
If any of the provisions of this Chapter or the application thereof to any Person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of those provisions, including the application of such part or provisions to Persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby and shall continue in full force and effect. To this end, the provisions of this Chapter are severable.
