7.12.010 - Nimitz Avenue from Himmel Avenue.

Right turn into or onto NIMITZ AVENUE from HIMMEL AVENUE when travelling southwesterly on HIMMEL AVENUE at the intersection of said HIMMEL AVENUE and NIMITZ AVENUE.

Right turn into or onto NIMITZ AVENUE from WEST SELBY LANE when travelling southwesterly on WEST SELBY LANE at the intersection of said WEST SELBY LANE and NIMITZ AVENUE.

7.12.030 - Glendale Avenue from Fifth Avenue.

(a)

NO RIGHT TURN shall be made AT ANY TIME by any vehicle onto GLENDALE AVENUE from FIFTH AVENUE when travelling westerly on FIFTH AVENUE at the intersection with GLENDALE AVENUE.

(b)

NO RIGHT TURN shall be made between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. by any vehicle onto WAVERLY AVENUE when traveling westerly on FIFTH AVENUE at the intersection with WAVERLY AVENUE.

No right turn shall be made by any vehicle onto WAVERLY AVENUE from FIFTH AVENUE when traveling westerly on FIFTH AVENUE at the intersection with WAVERLY AVENUE between the hours of 5:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M., Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays excepted.
