2.50.010 - Planning agency established.

Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 1, Division 1 of Title 7 of the Government Code, there is established a planning agency in and for the county. The planning agency shall consist of the board of supervisors, the planning commission, the planning, building and environmental services department, and the zoning administrator.

2.50.012 - Agency powers.

The planning agency shall have such powers and duties as are prescribed by Chapter 3, Division 1 of Title 7 of the Government Code (commencing with Section 65100) and, in addition, such other powers and duties as assigned to the agency by the board of supervisors.
