2.60.010 - Declaration of conditions.

The county declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the state under the provisions of Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4 of the California Penal Code.

2.60.020 - Adherence to standards—Law enforcement personnel.

Pursuant to Section 13522 of Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4 of the Penal Code, the county, while receiving aid from the state pursuant to said Chapter 1, will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.

2.60.030 - Adherence to standards—Corrections and probation officers.

While receiving any state aid pursuant to Article 3 of Chapter 5, Title 7, Part 3 of the California Penal Code, commencing with Section 6040 of said Code, the county will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by, and as may from time to time be amended by the State Board of Corrections. This commitment is made in order to enable the county to receive state aid pursuant to said Article 3, as added by Stats. 1979, Chapter 1148.
