2.41.010 - Office created—Statutory authority.¶
There is created in the county the office of county surveyor pursuant to the provision of Government Code section 27550.

2.41.020 - Appointment—Term.¶
The surveyor shall be appointed by, and serve at the pleasure of, a majority vote of the Board of Supervisors.

2.41.030 - Qualifications.¶
The surveyor shall have those qualifications set forth in Government Code Section 27550.

2.41.040 - Duties generally.¶
The surveyor shall carry out those duties enumerated in Government Code Section 27551 et. seq.
