2.28.010 - Criteria for records disposal.¶
The local registrar of births and deaths may, with the approval and under the supervision of the State Registrar, dispose of his records of births and deaths for events occurring after July 1, 1905, on file in the office of the county recorder, providing that the original records are on file with the State Registrar.
