Radiant cooling systems shall be designed to minimize the potential for condensation. To prevent condensation on any cooled radiant surface, the supply water temperature for a radiant cooling system shall be above the space dewpoint temperature, or in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendation.

1217.3.1 Minimum Floor Temperatures. The minimum floor surface temperature shall not be less than 66°F (19°C) in general occupied applications.
