In systems where chemical additives are used, documentation including the following information shall be readily accessible and maintained onsite:

(1) Concentrations

(2) Maintenance requirements

(3) Maintenance log

(4) Material Safety Data Sheet (SDS)

For SI units: 1000 British thermal units per hour = 0.293 kW
