Circulators and pumps shall be selected for their intended use based on the heat transfer fluid, intended operating temperature range and pressure. Circulators and pumps shall be installed to allow for service and maintenance. The manufacturer’s installation instructions shall be followed for correct orientation and installation. Motor operated pumps rated 600V or less shall comply with CSA C22.2 No. 108 or UL 778.
