13.44.010 - Lanes named.¶
The streets hereinafter described as shown on the map entitled "Map of the Town of Novato" as recorded in the office of the county recorder, county of Marin, book 1 of maps on page 52, shall be named and shall hereafter be known and designated as follows:
The twenty-foot lane running from state highway (now U. S. Route 101 "Redwood Highway") to the Northwestern Pacific Railroad through blocks M and L is named "Nugget Lane."
The twenty-foot lane running from state highway (now U. S. Route 101 "Redwood Highway") to the Northwestern Pacific Railroad through blocks I, J and K is named "Scown Lane."
The northerly twenty-foot lane running through blocks H and G between Machin Avenue and Reichert Avenue is named "Cain Lane."
The southerly twenty-foot lane running through blocks H and G between Machin Avenue and Reichert Avenue is named "Blodgett Lane."

13.44.020 - Purpose.¶
Naming of the above described streets is for identification purposes only, and does not indicate acceptance for maintenance by the county of Marin of any streets not already maintained by said county.
