13.20.010 - Fishing or loitering on bridge.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to fish from any bridge or parapeted culvert, or loiter upon, or at the approach thereto, or to obstruct or hinder or delay vehicular traffic upon any bridge or parapeted culvert, over any stream, creek or slough in the county of Marin.

13.20.020 - Penalty for violation.

Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
