13.16.010 - Trees prohibited—Distance from boundary specified.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to plant or transplant any eucalyptus tree, gum tree or gum Arabic tree to a location within two hundred feet of the exterior boundaries of any right-of-way constituting a portion of either the primary or secondary road system of the county of Marin.

13.16.020 - Penalty for violation.

Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not exceeding one hundred dollars or by a jail sentence of not exceeding thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
