The installation of compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling (dispensing) systems shall be in accordance with NFPA 52. Residential CNG fueling appliances shall be listed in accordance with ANSI/CSA NGV 5.1 and installed in accordance to the appliance manufacturer’s installation instructions. Non-residential CNG fueling appliances shall be listed in accordance with ANSI/CSA NGV 5.2 and installed in accordance with the appliance manufacturer’s installation instructions. [NFPA 54:10.27]
