Decorative appliances for installation in vented fireplaces shall not be installed in bathrooms or bedrooms unless the bedroom or bathroom has the

required volume in accordance with Section 701.4. [NFPA 54:10.6.2] [OSHPD 1, 1R, 2, 4 & 5] A vented decorative appliance shall not be located in any hospital, skilled nursing facility, intermediate care facility, or correctional treatment

center.
