2.78.010 - Maximum fee charged for index of registered voters.¶

Any person entitled to be furnished copies of the printed index of voter registration in accordance with Election Code Section 604 shall be furnished such index upon payment of a fee to the Registrar of Voters of one dollar and thirty cents ($1.30) per thousand (1,000) names.
