2.17.010 - Auditor-Controller to perform cash counts.

At least once each quarter, or more frequently at the Auditor-Controller's discretion, the Auditor-Controller alone shall count the money in the County Treasury and make and verify in duplicate statements showing:

A. The amount of money and the amount of receipts for bank deposits that should be in the County Treasury as shown by the books of the Auditor-Controller and the Treasurer-Tax Collector.

B. The amount and kind of money and the amount of bank receipts for deposits, which are actually in the County Treasury.
