2.33.010 - County Fire Warden.¶
Pursuant to Government Code section 24008, the position of County Fire Warden is hereby established.

2.33.020 - Appointment.¶
The County Fire Warden shall be appointed by a majority of the Board of Supervisors. The County Fire Warden shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Supervisors. The position of County Fire Warden is excluded from any County civil service system.

2.33.030 - Duties and Compensation.¶
The County Fire Warden shall perform such duties relating to fires and fire protection and prevention as prescribed by the laws of the State of California and as required by the Board of Supervisors. Compensation and reimbursement for expenses shall be determined by the Board of Supervisors.
