2.20.010 - Appointment.

The Jury Commissioner shall be appointed by a majority of the judges of the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of Monterey.

2.20.020 - Duties.

The Jury Commissioner, in addition to assisting judges of the Superior Court in making selections of trial jurors and grand jurors, shall also assist in the selection of juries in justice and municipal courts.

2.20.030 - Mileage and per diem allowances for grand jurors.

Members of any Monterey County Grand Jury shall receive a mileage allowance in an amount equal to the mileage allowance provided Monterey County elected officials and a per diem allowance in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00) per day.
