2.25.010 - County Counsel to act as attorney for Public Administrator.

The County Counsel shall act as attorney for the Public Administrator in all estates in which the Public Administrator is executor, administrator with the will annexed, or administrator, where the Public Administrator has priority for appointment as established by law, including all cases under Sections 1143 and 1144 of the Probate Code; and in other estates when the Public Administrator requests representation by the County Counsel.

2.25.020 - Attorneys fees.

When the County Counsel represents the Public Administrator, he or she shall collect attorneys fees allowed by law, and pay them into the County Treasury. (Ord 2649 § 2, 1980)
