2.73.010 - Declaration of desire to receive aid.¶
The County of Monterey declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State of California under the provisions of Chapter 5, of Title 7 of Part 3, of the California Penal Code.

2.73.020 - Adherence to standards.¶
Pursuant to Section 6040 of Chapter 5 of Title 7 of Part 3 of the California Penal Code, the County of Monterey while receiving aid from the State of California pursuant to said Chapter 5, will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the Board of Corrections.
