92569.00 - Zoning Map No. 69—Vista Del Mar Area.¶
The map entitled "Vista Del Mar Area," Zoning Map No. 69 is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land within the area of the map. Zone Map No. 69 shall become effective July 1, 1998.

92569.01 - Amendment to Zoning Map No. 69—Vista Del Mar Area.¶
The map entitled "Vista Del Mar Area," Zoning Map No. 69, is amended in the following particular only.
The zone re-classification of those certain parcels of real property zoned R-3 and R-4 to R-2 within the following tracts, situated in an unincorporated area of the county of Imperial, state of California, and more particularly described as:
Portions of Tract 707, Tract 708, Tract 709, Tract 710, Tract 711, Tract 711-A, Tract 712, Tract 714, Tract 715, Tract 725, and Tract 759
are changed from R-3 and R-4 to R-2 (medium density residential) as depicted on the amended Map No. 69.
